Judy Note: Sunday’s March 10 Intel Report indicated that the RV wouldn’t begin until March 29 and only upon a positive Brexit vote. As I assume you were, I was extremely upset at the news since we appeared to be going this weekend, or at least by Mon. March 11. I took a long look at the information that had come in over the past week. The below would be my own interpretation of where we think we were, where we think we were going and why I now agreed that we could be looking at an RV around April 1:
1. Last week we were told that the RV had already begun in a slow roll out as the new USTNs were made live Fri. March 1 at 3pm EST. The next day at midnight Sat. March 2 as the debt ceiling was hit, the AIIB ended their fiat credit to all global banks and nations, including the Federal Reserve. This appeared to mean that the Cabal’s financial system had been shut down (the Federal Reserve and IRS would be officially closed as of Oct. 2019). That Sat. March 2 with the Fed. broke and the currency reset not yet made official, Congress voted to function on borrowed money from their own pension funds. If Congress would do that, you know we were broke. The only thing that could save us would be implementation of the Global Currency Reset.
2. By Mon. March 4 Zimbabwe had demonetized their Zim Bond Notes, which were released Tues. March 5, at 1 pm EST, the same time that the green light was issued for payments to buyers and payers at the new US Treasury in Reno (Zim Bonds were backing the entire Global Currency Reset and they had just been demonetized for the RV).
3. On Wed. March 6 at 8:15 pm EST some fines, penalties and a group known as the Big Boys were paid out. It was rumored that by Thurs. March 7 the Cherokee Nation had been paid and that by Sat. March 9 five Indian Nations had been paid out. Farm Claims and F&Ps were to be paid out the evening of Sat. March 9.
4. Sat. March 9: Q posted to be vigilant. It was about to happen.

The New York Stock Market has been artificially held up for years and had been on the verge of collapse since last Oct. when it lost all gains for 2018 and had functioned in or near the red ever since. With Cabal monies no longer in play as of March 2, there appeared no place for the Stock Market to go but down come Mon. March 11. Such a collapse would insure the Cabal financial system was defunct.
6. Still, there was no receipt of 800#s by Sun. March 10. The below was my opinion as to why:
7. The Cabal global financial system, established in 1871, sent US Taxpayer dollars from US Inc.’s privately owned Federal Reserve to the privately owned Queen’s Bank of London, to the privately owned Vatican Bank, to the Cabal’s Central Banks across the globe and funded their nefarious activities.

Knowing US Inc. and their access to US Taxpayer dollars would be shut down with the Global Currency Reset, the Cabal and Queen’s City of London then planned to use (a) Zim redemption monies, (b) currency exchange monies, plus (c) monies of countries including the UK, not GESARA compliant, to fund themselves after the GCR.
9. According to Benjamin Fulford the Queen representing the Cabal, set up a plan with the Alliance to use the (a,b,c,) monies for humanitarian purposes (now who’s going to believe that?).
10. The UK and other countries could not be GESARA compliant and participate in the GCR unless they exited the EURO through a positive Brexit vote. Therefore, stopping that Brexit vote was crucial for the Cabal in order to maintain control over their money flow.
11. That Cabal financial system began it’s demise at midnight Sat. March 2 when the AIIB ended their fiat credit to the Federal Reserve – thus ending the use of US Taxpayer monies for purposes of the Cabal.
12. A few days later Trump's extension of sanctions on Zimbabwe blocked Central Banks from participating in the redemption of Zimbabwe's historical bond notes and thus took away any chance of funding of the Cabal’s (#a) money supply from Zim redemption.
13. If the Alliance refused to let the Central Bank system exchange currencies it would end their possible money supply for (#b). That has not yet happened, but we might expect it to be announced that like the Zim, all currency exchanges would be handled not by the banks, but by HSBC.
14. Once Brexit was passed it would eliminate the City of London which was the last remaining source of Cabal/Deep State funding (#c).
15. With conditions met of controlling the Cabal’s money supply by cutting off possible sources of funding through currency exchanges (a), Zim redemptions (b) and a Brexit vote (c), the RV would go forward.
16. That left the need for a positive Brexit vote. A vote would be taken on Brexit Wed. March 13, which if passed, the RV could immediately follow. If Brexit was not passed on Wed, one way or the other the UK would cash out of the EU on March 29 and the RV would happen then – unless the Cabal had started another war which would delay the RV to a July 1 or a Aug. 1 start date after GESARA was implemented.
17. March 31 was the deadline for the banks to be Basel 3 Compliant. If not compliant they could not participate in the revaluing of currencies of the Global Currency Reset.
