Furthermore, in recent years, a number of individuals have successfully exposed that the ATO (Australian Taxation Office) was never properly Gazetted by government.
In fact, by its own admission, the ATO is not a legal entity. This was determined in the High Court of Australia on 17 May, 2000, in a case presided over by the judge Justice J. Callinan.
As such, the paying of income tax may be viewed as voluntary, not compulsory, for Australian individuals.
Such facts - which should have been 'front page news' in the mainstream media - were suppressed rather than headlined.
Anyone curious about the true facts should firstly listen to this Exclusive (but currently un-edited) interview with Romley Stewart and then research the "ATO versus Wolter Joosse" and "Moeliker V. Chapman" court cases where individuals successfully proved that the ATO is not able to levy personal income tax unless you voluntarily consent.
The Australian (corporate) government is lying to an uninformed and/or misinformed public, a public who would be outraged if they discovered the true extent to which they have been misled.
Keen students eager to begin the long task of educating themselves can begin their research by reading the following comments from the momentous Moeliker V. Chapman (High Court of Australia) court case held in May 2000:
The law that established the Australian Taxation Office has been challenged in court. The Plaintiff created the need to document the ATO’s formation to the satisfaction of the court. The Plaintiff, with the approval of the Australian National Library in Canberra, Australia, brought into the court every Federal Government Gazette for the time period when taxation law was passed by the Federal Parliament. The Defendant was then asked: "Please show us in which Gazette we will find the Legislation regarding the Australian Taxation Office" to which the Defendant stated; "It is not in any Government Gazette". The judge in the matter (Justice J. Callinan) then stated: "You have proved beyond any doubt that the law establishing the Australian Taxation Office has not been Gazetted and that places its legality in question". “

“Alan Keam had asked the Local Government Authorities to produce their head of power to make sure that he paid rates to a legitimate authority. The Authorities refused to produce such documents.
The matter went to court and Alan Keam demanded an impartial independent trial and for that reason requested the court to provide him with a head of power. Alan Keam assured the court that he would do all things requested as soon as he has received the documentation. The court refused to comply with his request and the Registrar of the Court told Alan Keam in a letter that he does not want to have anything to do with him.
Alan Keam said he received threatening phone calls from a person claiming to be a sheriff. Then on Sunday 17 Feburary Alan Keam was arrested for being in contempt of court. ……….
(Alan) …...seeking to determine if Australian local government exists or not and what is the legal basis for local government in 2001 - since the Australian People rejected by a massive margin the proposal put in the 1988 referendum.”

WHY, you may ask?
FACT 1
The Council (Local Government) does not have a Head of Power in which the people or the Queen have invested authority.
FACT 2
The Council is unable to supply documents that show they can legally charge rates as rates are a TAX.
FACT 3
As a result of the referendum held on the 3rd September 1988, the people of the Commonwealth of Australia voted overwhelmingly that they did not want Local Government, so since Local Government still exists, it is in direct contravention of the Commonwealth Constitution and in particular
Section 109 "When a law of the State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid."
FACT 4
The Governor of South of Australia does not have a valid "WRIT OF COMMISSION". This has been confirmed by a letter from the Office of the Governor. Sir Eric Neal's commission is not signed dated or sealed.
FACT 5
As rates are a TAX they must be included in the State Revenue Bill on a yearly basis and the rate set by the Government. This has not been done.
FACT 6
The rates charged by individual Local Government Councils, as they all differ are in direct contravention of the Commonwealth Constitution Section 51 (ii). "Taxation; but so as not to discriminate between States or parts of States."
FACT 7
Since we do not have a valid Governor who can demonstrate that he has the correct authority, then we do not have a Legal Government or Court System.
The above are just an example of the many facts involved of which most can be easily verified at the State Library.
Knowledge of the above has not stopped "The Local Government of The City of Tea Tree Gully Council" and Courts pursuing me so as to force me to pay illegal rates.
The following people have to date refused to supply to me or more to the point cannot supply the documents that I have requested that would unequivocally show that they have the Head of Power, Authority and Jurisdiction to do what they are doing.

As a result of my continued refusal to voluntarily present myself to their illegal court system I have been told that I will be arrested and brought before the court. This will most likely occur by the use of armed force. Which will be yet another MAJOR violation of my HUMAN RIGHTS.
They work on fear and intimidation if you do not comply to their wishes even though they are unable to produce documents that demonstrate that they are conducting themselves legally.

Since Australia was so called discovered when in fact it was invaded some couple or so centuries ago, we need to me mindful that it was Aboriginals who lived on the continent of what is currently known as Australia for thousands and thousands of years prior to the Bible existing. They were not called Christians. That is an English word. BUT Aboriginals do believe in Universe and the power of Nature. They believe in Universal laws and they believe in the Golden Rule and Karma.
The Bible has become a tool, a guide, with immense hidden messages. It is in fact Truth and revolves around God and Ascended Masters and Saints. The WHOLE truth however, the unedited scriptures were hidden in the Vatican (currently the Vatican itself is getting dismantled, as is The Pope fiasco) so as to keep humanity in darkness from knowing truths about life that was revealed some couple of thousand years ago and documented.
It is fair to state that since the original scriptures, the Bible that was presented to humanity has since been edited and translated so many times, that we need to be aware that Hebrew and other original written languages transforms its meaning when translated into English due to the ambiguity of the English language. Having said that, there is a lot of truth in the bible and it holds a lot of valuable key secrets. I personally have not read all of the bible because of the different versions available out there, but they all hold similar vital messages. We need to respect the bible but the true version.
We also need to understand that cabals used many tormenting methods to force people into doing things whether against their will or via methods such as mind control and other. So we do need to take that into account upon re evaluating if anything corrupt is valid, if we ought to fight with the same tools they created or dismantle the whole system altogether and create something that is for the highest good of life on earth and the planet.
Anyway, there are Archaeological artifacts that would tell timeless stories also. Aboriginals engraved them via visual representations in caves and on stone. It is no wonder cabal are desperate to destroy as much of the Aboriginal Sacred sites they possibly can. There is so much truth embedded in them.
