Wells Fargo would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a coded 800 number to call for your appointment. The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment.
If you did not receive an email, then you could find a general 800# on websites as below (see #N) with a Secure Website. Clicking on that website or calling that 800# would give you your personalized coded 800# (ID number) for the redemption process.
The Tier 5 General Public release was not expected until mid June at the earliest.

Judy Shelton and the RV teams were working hard for a coordinated release of 800#s with the Elders and all parties involved. A month ago on Sat. 25 April the intermediate adjudicated, sovereign (Heritage Funds, Rodriguez Trust, St Germaine Trust, etc) and Tiers 3,4 accounts were attached to the global collateral accounts.
One of the Elder’s draw downs was used last Mon. 25 May to release funds through a paymaster in Indonesia for clients to start humanitarian projects. The Elders have taken two different draw downs, and the latest was Wed. morning 27 May.
Last week under Judy Shelton and the RV teams oversight, 1000s of Heritage Funds and other global Collateral Accounts including 1000s of Heritage Funds accounts, Rodriguez Trust and St Germaine Trust accounts were converted to asset-backed USN from fiat USD, meaning that all was ready for payouts and exchanges to start. Now that the global collateral accounts were ready, the intermediate accounts would have holds removed. Then it would move to the Tier 3-4a Admiral top level accounts and Reno inner & outer core group accounts. The HK funds would also be released. All of these would be fully accessed when Tier 4a, b started.
The release-payout-exchange-start sequence has been underway this past week behind the scenes and liquidity was headed our way in Tier 4b right now. One source said, "This would indicate readiness for project funding, I believe. With the gold-backed currency, I am not sure what need there is for other collateral. The USN & USTN, by virtue of their backing, were collateral themselves."
This week three Tier 4 test clients were paid out fully and the other four were process. This was good news because the Tier 4a,b tests have been positive this week. Also this week many other tests have been happening globally and yielding positive results.
The release sequence has been underway this past week. The "shotgun start" represented a micro-sequence of release actions over a 72 hour period. Between now and Mon 1 June the final release sequence was being executed.
They were getting ready to release liquidity over next 12-24 hours to all down line accounts for the final payout-exchange-start push, Tier 4b still at tail end of the release sequence. We could be started any time Fri. through Mon. 29, 30 May to 1 June.
Evidently the collateral accounts holds were removed and they went Wed. night 27 May right before the Admiral.
Reno sources said that Thurs. evening 28 May they would start the final process. A Paymaster said, "I was advised by Reno there was a block of 72 hours which should stop Thurs. night 28 May, which should mean it would start next week.
Adjudicated Settlements including CMKX, Farm Claims, Prosperity Packages, etc. would start late Thurs. with deliveries Fri. 29 May.
The 800s# would come out globally when the Wells Fargo notification emails were sent out shortly. Reno contacts were very confident that we would see the new monetary system fully in place and the 800#s before Mon. morning 1 June. Paymaster sources said that all down line payments should be on Mon. 1 June.

On the 800# notification process:
Even though the US Treasury was mailing out Stimulus payment debit cards to US citizens, no debit cards were being sent with an 800# to currency and ZIM holders. It has been decided that such would be too insecure and subject to Deep State interference.
He said he wishes to commend Judy Byington for being an enduring chronicler of RV Intel and an advocate for the children. Judy's #2 option for 800# notifications fits his current info, but the two-hour time frame for Wells Fargo to send 800#s out may be slightly longer due to staggering the batches of notification emails going out at any one time (about 130,000+ per batch) so as not to overwhelm the Safe Link website.
Again his current info fits Byington option #2: In a two hour [or slightly longer] time-frame Wells Fargo would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing an 800 number to call for your appointment and an individualized ID number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment.
Up to 20% of Tier 4b, or 100,000+ currency holders may not receive the notification emails. Those who don't receive an email could call the 800 number as published on several websites (listed below), obtain your appointment and be given that individual ID number.
When you call the 800# let them know if you have Bonds to redeem because it could change where you do your redemption. You would do currencies at the same time and those that own bonds will get red carpet treatment.
We could obtain pre-exchange instructions by going into the Safe Link web site.
On the Redemption Process:
HSBC has verified that there were people outside the US who redeemed Zim at 1.1 to 1.2 Euro with no NDA or projects. In the US Trump, the Department of Defense and the US Treasury required that you have humanitarian projects in order to receive the higher Zim rates.
It was advised to be cooperative and work with the system as you went into your appointments. In your first appointment if you had confidence and your project outline was well presented, or if you picked from the list of 250 sanctioned project categories, your assigned Wealth Manager and trust company (private banking) team would help you get the highest rate for your ZIM.
Everyone serious about getting higher rates and doing humanitarian and job creation projects would set up a second appointment (and additional appointments) with their Wealth Manager and trust company team. You would have 180 days (6 months) after the first appointment to request higher rates from the US Treasury through your Wealth Manager and trust company team.
The Tier 5 General Public release was not expected until mid June at the earliest.
The news behind the scenes was all good. Keep the faith. Keep prayers going up. Be of good cheer that we were at the end and our new journey was about to begin.
B. RV Schedule for the last week:
Over the Memorial Day Weekend there were 2,700 arrests of Deep State players including 100 Wells Fargo Bankers. On Tues. 26 May evening US Border Security measures were heightened because of a nationwide security threat of Deep State terrorist cells that had infiltrated regions of the country over the past days. As a result the Department of Defense halted the release for 20 hours. As of about 5:30 pm EDT Wed. 27 May security was such that Tier 4a was given the green light to start any time going forward.
Three Trillion Chinese Infrastructure US bonds dated 1903, 1907 and 1913 were recently found in the basement of St. Louis Federal Reserve. Trump used them to garner a deal with China for debt forgiveness – that caused a delay in the RV from Tues. to Thurs. 26-18 May.
On Thurs. 28 May Europe saw another Historic Bond Payout. Thurs. evening 28 May settlements including CMKX would start to process, with deliveries on Fri. 29 May.
Judy Shelton’s RV rollout plan was underway for a shotgun start of all Tiers for final payouts, live account access and the start of exchanges at Contract Rates. Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) could begin at any time Thurs. 28 May to Mon. 1 June. POTUS was under contractual mandate to have all underway by Mon. 1 June.
Each Currency and Zim holder had been assigned a specific redemption code that would follow them through the exchange process. They could expect notification to set appointments by email, mail, Fed Ex and/or a general 800 number posted on certain websites as shown in #
By Mon. 1 June we would be functioning under the Restored Republic with GESARA / NESARA Debt Relief ; the CHIPS Monetary System would have replaced the Cabal’s old SWIFT System and the gold/ asset-backed US Note would have replaced the fiat Federal Reserve Dollar in the new and transparent Quantum Financial Digital Ledgering System, plus the new Iraqi Dinar Rate, long considered the kingpin of the RV, would be made public.
By Mon. 15 June Redemption Centers and Contract Rates would no longer be available, while the General Public Tier 5 could exchange foreign currencies at the new international rates under the new Quantum Financial System.

6. Iraq should have their new rate Sat. or Sun. 30, 31 May. The announcement of the rate would be for the financial industry on 1 June.

M. Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon 800# release.
Effective 1 June 2020 the new US Treasury under the Restored Republic would be the banking regulator of banks. The US Treasury would not control account funds, only you would, but the Treasury would be the servicer of our Quantum Financial System accounts and the banks would be financial service providers that would serve us as account holders.
If RV funds were used for Deep State purposes like drug running, child trafficking, gun running, or other criminal activities, the NSA would find out and freeze accounts on the QFS.
WARNING: DO NOT give your foreign currency or Zim Bonds to anyone to exchange, or redeem for you. If a Group Leader was telling you that they could obtain better rates for you, or saying not to go to your appointment at an Exchange Center, they were not telling the truth.
Anyone could exchange and redeem their currencies and/or Zim Bonds, and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s.
I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds, although some have reported they have redeemed. That question should be asked to the person who set up your appointment.
N. Setting Currency and Zim Bond Appointments: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules, although the RV release would go at the same time for all currency and Zim Bond holders globally.
POTUS and the Department of Defense were under a contractual mandate to release all Tier 1-4 accounts globally and at the same time. Complete access to funds would occur at the latest by Mon. 1 June.

O. Exchanging/Redeeming at Contract Rates:
The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for their humanitarian projects and/or investing in national and international humanitarian projects. Every currency and Zim holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their interest in humanitarian work and project presentations. It would be a level playing field with one appointment, not two.
Currency exchanges not asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you didn’t have Zim, nor a humanitarian project and didn’t want to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency would be validated, you would be given a specific rate (higher than what would be offered on foreign currencies after 15 June), your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available and then receive the rest within 48 hours. You would have no restrictions on how you spent your monies. Your appointment would last around 30 min.
Zim Redemption and Currency exchanges asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you had Zim and/or a specific humanitarian project and/or wanted to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency and Zim would be validated, you would be offered Contract Rates, the amount of which was dependent upon your humanitarian project and/or investment interest in national and international humanitarian projects, your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available and receive the “rest” within 48 hours.
That payout would be placed on your choice of a quarterly, semi quarterly or yearly payout period. The amount of earned interest on monies left at the bank during your payout period would be dependent on the amount of monies you had and length you chose for your payout period. A certain percentage of your Contract Rate monies would be for your own use, the rest dedicated to humanitarian work. Your appointment could last up to 90 min.
If you were not satisfied with the first appointment rate offered for the ZIM you would have 180 days (6 months) to work with a Wealth Manager and trust company private banking team, which would represent us to the US Treasury for higher rates than those received in the first appointment. The Wealth Managers and trust company would be happy to help us.
P. US Taxes: At the end of March 2020 the IRS was severely downsized as it folded into the new US Treasury. We now had 4-6 IRS agents per state to collect a flat tax of 15-17%. There would be no capital gains tax on the exchange or ZIM redemption, just a tax on interest earned from exchange/redemption proceeds.
