On Tues. afternoon 19 May it was decided that Zim and currency holders would have one appointment (instead of two). If you didn’t ask for the Contract Rates your appointment would last 30 min. If you were asking for the Contract Rates and/or if you had Zim your appointment could last for 90 min. See #J below for the change details.
Evidently over last weekend President Trump signed an Executive Order making the new gold/asset-backed US Note liquid; Dubui 1 and Dubui 2 were fully funded from Yellow Dragon bonds and Historic Bonds were moving in Zurich.
On Mon. 18 May at 11:30 pm EDT a major green light lit up for the next phase of final asset redemption payout sequence. Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group), were still a go to receive 800#s in order to begin scheduling redemption appointments on Wed, or Thurs. 19-21 May.
By Tues. 19 May the Admiral, his team and those with SKRs could see their monies in their accounts. Tier 4a could now see their full exchange amounts in their accounts, though the accounts had a hold on them and wouldn’t be liquid until Tier 4b exchanged.
On Wed. 20 May Redemption Center personnel were scheduled to start working.
Iraq announced that their new Dinar rate would be international on Tues. 2 June, meaning their new in-country rate would likely be made public this week. President Trump, Judy Shelton, the US Treasury and Department of Defense were obligated to start Tier 4b this week so as to give enough time for currency exchanges and Zim redemption to finish before the IMF mandated start of public foreign currency exchanges at the new international rates on Tues. 2 June.

A. Tues. May 19 2020 5:30 pm EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. As of Tues. 19 May Tier 4a account holders (1000s of accounts) could see the full amount of their exchange in their accounts. However, there was a hold on it so it could not be accessed until Tier 4b redemption/exchanges.
2. On Tues. 19 May Reno was saying "BUCKLE UP" as Tier 4b was getting liquidity and a redemption / exchange start very soon this week.
3. We were still on Judy Shelton's timeline as Trump's redemption / exchange overseer of a start any time between today Tues. 19 May and Thurs. 21 May.
4. Over a month ago POTUS used his constitutional power under Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution to appoint Judy Shelton to the Federal Reserve to bring down the fiat dollar, implement the gold standard, oversee the RV/GCR redemption / exchanges and convert the fiat dollar to a gold/ asset-backed US Note this month.
5. He asked for continued prayers that Deep State politicians and agency bureaucrats did not further interfere behind the scenes in this week's final roll-out.
6. Last Fri. 15 May Federal Reserve personnel were arrested behind the scenes when they colluded with Pelosi and Deep State Democrats to slow down the fiat USD-to-asset-backed-USN conversion process, creating part of the 48 hour delay last week.
7. Tier 4b emails could be coming out overnight tonight Tues. 19 May, though for security reasons, he could not specify on timing and decisions being made behind the scenes.
8. As of Tues. 19 May three countries had yet to sign off on the USN, so those countries’ currencies were not yet pegged to the US Note. The RV teams were working on finding a way around them. He asked for prayers for a clean way around these countries so the final global release sequence could continue without delay.
9. There would be a second appointment for the Zim. On the first appointment they would authenticate your currencies and give you rates on the currencies and a default rate on the Zim of $11 million to $250 million per 100T Zim note.
10. If you didn’t like the rates presented at your first appointment you could make a second appointment with your Wealth Manager who would help you apply for the higher Contract Rates. That could take anywhere from two days to six months. Though, you would have access to your monies during that time.
11. If you didn’t go for the higher Contract Rates you would have full access to your monies within 48 hours.
12. If you argued about the rates presented at your appointment you would likely be escorted out the door and unable to exchange.

1. On Mon. 18 May at 11:30 pm EDT there was a major green light for the next phase of final asset redemption payout sequence leading to Tier 3-4a,b payouts and exchange appointments, starting with 800# notifications at any time in Head of Redemption Overseer Judy Shelton's window of Tues, Wed, Thurs. 19-21 May.
2. Over the weekend Dubui 1 and Dubui 2 were fully funded, presumably from completion or payouts of many Yellow Dragon bonds that had to come first.
3. On Mon. 18 May a source in Zurich was told that liquidity would finally be released between tomorrow Tues. 19 May and Thurs. 21 May, “they are very positive that THIS IS IT.”
4. This was it because:
(1) Trump promised the Chinese he would get the final payout and exchange sequence started Mon-Tues. 18, 19 May, which he did as of 11:30 pm EDT Mon. 18 May.
(2) Liquidity was paid out in final disbursements over the weekend – which means Tier 3, 4 a,b exchanges and payouts must start and follow Tues.-Wed.-Thurs. 19-21 May this week.
(3) Trump, Judy Shelton, the Department of Defense and US Treasury have to get exchanges started this week in order for the IMF to start the public (Tier 5) going by Mon 1 June and have the USN digital and physical currency ready for the public by then.
5. Some SKRs were already made liquid, with recipients under NDAs and gone dark, while other SKR holders were about to be made liquid as the next phase of payouts and exchanges-redemptions was starting.
6. A Redemption Center contact said "they would be on schedule to start working on Wed. 20 May.
7. On Mon. 18 May the Admiral and his team were sequestered and were supposed to be made liquid in USN overnight or by Tues. 19 May.

I. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon 800# release.
WARNING: DO NOT give your foreign currency or Zim Bonds to anyone to exchange, or redeem for you. If a Group Leader was telling you that they could obtain better rates for you, or saying not to go to your appointment at an Exchange Center, they were not telling the truth.
Anyone could exchange and redeem their currencies and/or Zim Bonds, and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s.
I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set up your appointment.
An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 530,000+ email notifications for appointments to currency and Zim Bond holders worldwide, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem within your own country. Those emails would include links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption as you set your appointment.

J. Currency and Zim Bond Appointments: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only as deducted from Military Contact Intel reported by Fleming and Bruce:
The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for their humanitarian projects and/or investing in national and international humanitarian projects. Every currency and Zim holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their project presentations. It would be a level playing field. There would be one appointment, not two.
Currency exchanges not asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you didn’t have a humanitarian project and didn’t want to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency would be validated, you would be given a specific rate (higher than the 1:1 offered after June 2), your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available and then receive the rest within 48 hours. Your appointment would last around 30 min.
Zim Redemption and Currency exchanges asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you had Zim and/or a specific humanitarian project and/or wanted to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency and Zim would be validated, you would be offered specific rates depending on your humanitarian project and/or investment interest in national and international humanitarian projects, your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available, receive the rest within 48 hours. The “rest” would be dependent on the long term payout of your Zim. Your appointment could last around 90 min.
US Taxes: The IRS was severely downsized as it folded into the new US Treasury at the end of March 2020. We had 4-6 IRS agents per state to collect a flat tax of 15-17%. There would be no capital gains tax on the exchange or ZIM redemption, just a tax on interest earned from exchange/redemption proceeds (that was paid out over time).
