DID YOU KNOW?
As we all wait with baited breath for a GCR/RV and the much expected and anticipated global economic impact that assuredly will follow in its activation, we cannot lose sight and control over our common sense. Too many times our hope for something to be true overrides the reality of the issue that, when our minds are functioning properly, we would otherwise opt to favor when considering choices made that effect and dictate our decisions. In other words make decisions off facts, not speculation or hope.
Most information narrated on the GCR/RV /Historical Assets is sprinkled with truth and laced with corrupted information. It really is near impossible to decipher what is actual and what is not. It would be like having a conversation in a foreign language when you only know the meaning of half the words then make decisions based off your understanding. You may get the jest of the conversation but not the full understanding of what was said. In this respect we all must learn the language before we can understand the conversation and make rational decisions on how we move forward. Just think if you misunderstood the meaning of a word or mispronounced it, you could be asking the father of your bride for her hand in marriage and really you’re calling his mother a well-dressed pig on Tuesday. That may be an exaggeration, but you get the point.
Society must operate off some sort of law or you have mass chaos. Law is nothing more than codified exceptions. Murder is illegal except when you are defending yourself and loved ones or war. It is illegal to speed except when you are rushing someone to the hospital. It is illegal to steal except when you are the government or a bank etc. It’s all in the definition of the “legal” language and the exceptions therein. There is the “Law” and the “Spirit” of the law. It is up to our legal system to make those distinctions.
But what we can’t do is simply take it for granted that we understand the meaning of these narratives and verbiage unless we understand the context in which they are delivered or the definitions of the language being used. The mass acceptance of returning to “Common Law” without understanding what Common Law is, is a good example.
The common law, sometimes known as case law, is a legal system in which previous court decisions establish legal precedents and new decisions must be in keeping with past decisions. Common law may also refer to a legal system which relies on common customs and usages, rather than on codified written laws, or statutes. In contrast to “Civil Law” (which is based on a rigid code of rules) common law is based on broad principals. Under “civil law” a defendant in a criminal trial is presumed guilty until proven innocent, whereas under “common law” he or she is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Are we all so sure we want our fate decided by the opinions of a single person/judge or decided by previous rulings in similar cases that may have had extenuating circumstance that dictated the ruling?
On the other hand, the good thing about case law as a reference is that theoretically the case could have been decided by a jury of your peers, therefore a sound ruling to refer to. The only problem with that train of thought is 95% of all cases are a plea-bargain and it never gets to trial. Thus rigid civil and criminal codes have usurped the common law systematically simply because it makes the decision making of the court easier to make a verdict. Which helps accommodate the processing of the volume of court cases and eliminates case back-logging. The moral to that story is use your right to a jury of your peers. Opting out for a plea, while convenient, in the long run may not always be the best decision.
Understanding NESARA is another example of misconception. NESARA has basically around 20 or so overall components to it including the following: Abolish income tax, Abolish the IRS, Debt forgiveness from illegal bank practices, Return to Constitutional law, Create a flat tax, plus the other 15 or so changes. I am not a proponent of the “NESARA” story line. Passed by a covert congressional vote, signed into law by a sitting president, then sequestered by the Supreme Court and wiped from the Congressional Record until a time when they deem it presentable to the public.
What I am a proponent of is the “components” within NESARA just not the way the public has been told how they will come to pass. Each element of NESARA will require its own Acts or Laws with multiple sub-laws supporting their actions. It’s a process. In the U.S., you can see this activity in the Congressional Record (i.e. H.R.25, H.R. 24 and multiple other bills that are addressing each of the “NESARA” elements). But to believe that these changes can be boxed into one Act or Law, is just not feasible.
There is massive complexity with the required language (verbiage) and text for each individual element of what has been labeled “NESARA”. The language and definitions of the language being utilized to manifest these changes must be debated and defined absolutely to minimize exceptions. Think of the complexity of “GESARA” the same methodology exist only on a global scale. When I hear these quotes that other countries are not “NESARA/GESARA” compliant, what does that mean? There has to be thousands of laws and an extraordinary amount of activity to establish, vote and implement these laws to be quote “Compliant”.
Another question comes up as to what and how a law is implemented. Most every act or law, when introduced, within the summary, states when, down the road, it will be enacted or enforced. H.R. 25 is a 7 year plan. So is it considered law when it is passed or when it is fully enacted? Does the introduction of a bill/ law change or modification to an existing law, constitute good faith and that is enough to be considered compliant?
My state has recently passed a “No Texting While Driving Law” but tickets wot be handed out for another two years. Warnings are being handed out but no tickets. Allowing the public a two year integration. This is how all the components of the “NESARA” will be assessed as done. I don’t think we have to wait for the written time frame within the verbiage of the passed law to be in full force. F.A.T.C.A took five years to be in full force but in those five years was initiated to all global banking. The Basel Accords worked the same way. A Gold Standard, banking reform, trade reform follow the same implementation process. It doesn’t need to be done just agreed and started.
If you search the Congressional Records and follow the 116th congress you can see a massive amount of bills introduced that one could easily attach as an element of the NESARA components. This is and has been underway for quite some time. The manipulation of treaties, laws, and agreements to bring forth the functionality of the GCR are in place or understood close enough now for the event occur.
My opinion is: watch the detail and you will see the bigger picture. Educate yourself on the language and misinterpretations of the narratives being generated so your decisions are based on fact and reality.
To that end I have complied the definitions of the various law categories and how they are applied. Not all of them, but those that carry a misunderstanding or are misconceived and how they currently behave or have some relevance to the imminent GCR.

WE HAVE ALL BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE QFS, BUT THE COMPUTERS THAT COULD RUN IT ARE STILL IN PROTOTYPE STAGE. SO WHERE IS THIS SYSTEM GOING TO COME FROM?
SOME SAY A CRACKER JACK BOX. OTHERS SAY THE 9D QFS IS COMING FROM DEEP WITHIN THE EARTH WHERE IT HAS BEEN THE BACKBONE OF A SYSTEM IN PLACE FOR AN ASTONISHINGLY LONG TIME, AND WILL BE GIFTED TO US. WHEREVER IT COMES FROM, IT WILL BE A WELCOME CHANGE FROM THE SHENANIGANS OF THE CURRENT SYSTEM.
RIGHT NOW, IT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE MORE THAN $10,000 WITHOUT FILLING OUT SEVERAL INCHES OF PAPERWORK AND HAVING TO GIVE A DNA SAMPLE. THAT IS A GOOD THING IN SOME WAYS AS IT SHORT CIRCUITS MONEY LAUNDERING, BUT FOR EVERYDAY BUSINESS IT CAN BE A NIGHTMARE. THE NEW SYSTEM WILL DO AWAY WITH THIS.
THE CURRENT SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE BUILT ON FEAR. IN NORTH AMERICA, THERE ARE STRINGENT CHECKS AND BALANCES IN THE BANKING SYSTEM BUT NOT SO MUCH IN EUROPE. THE RECENT PROBLEMS DEUTSCHE BANK HAS FACED ARE JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG OVER THERE. THE EUROPEAN BANKERS WOULD RATHER SWEEP THINGS UNDER THE RUG RATHER THAN ADMIT THERE IS A PROBLEM.
THIS IS APTLY EXEMPLIFIED BY THE FAILED MERGER WITH COMMERZ BANK WHERE THEY FIGURED THE UNION WOULD HIDE EACH OTHER’S PROBLEMS BUT THAT FELL APART. THE CHINESE BOUGHT INTO DEUTSCHE IN A BIG WAY, BUT THEN DISSOLVED THE COMPANY THAT BOUGHT IN LEAVING A HUGE QUESTION MARK AS TO WHO REALLY OWNS THAT PIECE NOW. FULL ARTICLE HERE. EYE OPENER.

THE NEW SYSTEM WILL DO AWAY WITH THIS AND GIVE A CLEAR PLATFORM THAT IS BOTH TRANSPARENT AND EFFECTIVE. WORK CAN BE DONE WITHOUT FEAR OF FROZEN FUNDS OR THEFT. WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO THIS BEING INSTALLED AND PROVIDING US WITH THE FRAMEWORK IN WHICH TO OPERATE PROPERLY.

DID YOU KNOW?
As we all wait with baited breath for a GCR/RV and the much expected and anticipated global economic impact that assuredly will follow in its activation, we cannot lose sight and control over our common sense. Too many times our hope for something to be true overrides the reality of the issue that, when our minds are functioning properly, we would otherwise opt to favor when considering choices made that effect and dictate our decisions. In other words make decisions off facts, not speculation or hope.
Most information narrated on the GCR/RV /Historical Assets is sprinkled with truth and laced with corrupted information. It really is near impossible to decipher what is actual and what is not. It would be like having a conversation in a foreign language when you only know the meaning of half the words then make decisions based off your understanding. You may get the jest of the conversation but not the full understanding of what was said. In this respect we all must learn the language before we can understand the conversation and make rational decisions on how we move forward. Just think if you misunderstood the meaning of a word or mispronounced it, you could be asking the father of your bride for her hand in marriage and really you’re calling his mother a well-dressed pig on Tuesday. That may be an exaggeration, but you get the point.
Society must operate off some sort of law or you have mass chaos. Law is nothing more than codified exceptions. Murder is illegal except when you are defending yourself and loved ones or war. It is illegal to speed except when you are rushing someone to the hospital. It is illegal to steal except when you are the government or a bank etc. It’s all in the definition of the “legal” language and the exceptions therein. There is the “Law” and the “Spirit” of the law. It is up to our legal system to make those distinctions.
But what we can’t do is simply take it for granted that we understand the meaning of these narratives and verbiage unless we understand the context in which they are delivered or the definitions of the language being used. The mass acceptance of returning to “Common Law” without understanding what Common Law is, is a good example.
The common law, sometimes known as case law, is a legal system in which previous court decisions establish legal precedents and new decisions must be in keeping with past decisions. Common law may also refer to a legal system which relies on common customs and usages, rather than on codified written laws, or statutes. In contrast to “Civil Law” (which is based on a rigid code of rules) common law is based on broad principals. Under “civil law” a defendant in a criminal trial is presumed guilty until proven innocent, whereas under “common law” he or she is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Are we all so sure we want our fate decided by the opinions of a single person/judge or decided by previous rulings in similar cases that may have had extenuating circumstance that dictated the ruling?
On the other hand, the good thing about case law as a reference is that theoretically the case could have been decided by a jury of your peers, therefore a sound ruling to refer to. The only problem with that train of thought is 95% of all cases are a plea-bargain and it never gets to trial. Thus rigid civil and criminal codes have usurped the common law systematically simply because it makes the decision making of the court easier to make a verdict. Which helps accommodate the processing of the volume of court cases and eliminates case back-logging. The moral to that story is use your right to a jury of your peers. Opting out for a plea, while convenient, in the long run may not always be the best decision.
Understanding NESARA is another example of misconception. NESARA has basically around 20 or so overall components to it including the following: Abolish income tax, Abolish the IRS, Debt forgiveness from illegal bank practices, Return to Constitutional law, Create a flat tax, plus the other 15 or so changes. I am not a proponent of the “NESARA” story line. Passed by a covert congressional vote, signed into law by a sitting president, then sequestered by the Supreme Court and wiped from the Congressional Record until a time when they deem it presentable to the public.
What I am a proponent of is the “components” within NESARA just not the way the public has been told how they will come to pass. Each element of NESARA will require its own Acts or Laws with multiple sub-laws supporting their actions. It’s a process. In the U.S., you can see this activity in the Congressional Record (i.e. H.R.25, H.R. 24 and multiple other bills that are addressing each of the “NESARA” elements). But to believe that these changes can be boxed into one Act or Law, is just not feasible.
There is massive complexity with the required language (verbiage) and text for each individual element of what has been labeled “NESARA”. The language and definitions of the language being utilized to manifest these changes must be debated and defined absolutely to minimize exceptions. Think of the complexity of “GESARA” the same methodology exist only on a global scale. When I hear these quotes that other countries are not “NESARA/GESARA” compliant, what does that mean? There has to be thousands of laws and an extraordinary amount of activity to establish, vote and implement these laws to be quote “Compliant”.
Another question comes up as to what and how a law is implemented. Most every act or law, when introduced, within the summary, states when, down the road, it will be enacted or enforced. H.R. 25 is a 7 year plan. So is it considered law when it is passed or when it is fully enacted? Does the introduction of a bill/ law change or modification to an existing law, constitute good faith and that is enough to be considered compliant?
My state has recently passed a “No Texting While Driving Law” but tickets wot be handed out for another two years. Warnings are being handed out but no tickets. Allowing the public a two year integration. This is how all the components of the “NESARA” will be assessed as done. I don’t think we have to wait for the written time frame within the verbiage of the passed law to be in full force. F.A.T.C.A took five years to be in full force but in those five years was initiated to all global banking. The Basel Accords worked the same way. A Gold Standard, banking reform, trade reform follow the same implementation process. It doesn’t need to be done just agreed and started.
If you search the Congressional Records and follow the 116th congress you can see a massive amount of bills introduced that one could easily attach as an element of the NESARA components. This is and has been underway for quite some time. The manipulation of treaties, laws, and agreements to bring forth the functionality of the GCR are in place or understood close enough now for the event occur.
My opinion is: watch the detail and you will see the bigger picture. Educate yourself on the language and misinterpretations of the narratives being generated so your decisions are based on fact and reality.
To that end I have complied the definitions of the various law categories and how they are applied. Not all of them, but those that carry a misunderstanding or are misconceived and how they currently behave or have some relevance to the imminent GCR.
